Devising the correct strategy to achieve optimal results is a keystone of JGA's approach. Effective PR strategies often depend on insightful market intelligence. We begin each assignment by conducting an audit of relevant client learning and research findings. This provides insights into existing brand perceptions and the elements that have made the brand successful. Most important, client objectives are reviewed and agreed upon. Opportunities and obstacles are considered.

Following the audit, we hold intensive brainstorming sessions in which alternative scenarios are developed and evaluated. The most promising are presented to the client. A winner is selected, refined and expanded into a full-scale strategic plan to guide our creative work.
